2. Nature of Services

Domaingex showcases selected domain names for sale and provides approximate valuation insights.

Domaingex is not a licensed financial advisor, legal broker, or domain registrar. All valuations — whether generated by our AI tools or through editorial assessment — are indicative estimates only and do not guarantee market value or resale price.

3. Domain Listings and Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform represent listing prices set by the domain owner. These prices do not constitute legally binding offers until a written agreement is reached between the parties.

Domaingex reserves the right to update, modify, or remove domain listings at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchase Process

Once a buyer and seller reach an agreement, all financial transactions must be completed through a trusted escrow service (such as Escrow.com or an equivalent provider).

Domaingex does not hold, process, or receive payments on behalf of any party. Domain transfers are completed according to standard registrar procedures once the escrow process is finalized.

5. Domain Submissions

By submitting a domain for listing consideration, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the domain name and have the full right to sell it.

You grant Domaingex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the domain name and its associated information on the platform for the purpose of facilitating its sale.

6. Valuation Disclaimer

The Domaingex AI platform provides automated domain valuations based on internal algorithms and market-based methodologies. These valuations are provided for informational purposes only.

They do not constitute certified appraisals and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including design, text, software, layout, general branding, logos, and editorial materials — is the property of Domaingex and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Domain names listed on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domaingex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the platform
• Reliance on domain valuations
• Outcomes of transactions between buyers and sellers

This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass escrow requirements
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Extract, copy, or redistribute platform content without prior written permission

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be in Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Consumers within the European Union retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.
